While most of these apartment properties are standalone, we also construct and manage apartments in our master-planned lifestyle communities, such as Broadlands Apartments in Ashburn, VA. With Van Metre Homes’ Renter Rewards program, renters in our apartment communities can apply a portion of their current lease payments toward the purchase price of a new Van Metre Home.

New to the Van Metre Companies, the Design+Build group began in 2016. Our growing team now includes six members with over 160 years of combined experience helping homeowners create or update their dream home. Over time, and based on a family’s changing needs, a home may require routine maintenance, updating, remodeling or even a major renovation. Van Metre Design+Build has assembled an unmatched team of talented designers, product selection specialists, project managers and craftsmen to serve our Northern Virginia clientele. Our outstanding 3,200 sq. ft. Design Centre allows our customers to browse through options for their kitchen, baths, built-ins, windows, siding, flooring, tiles, appliances and more.
